James Lin

James is a serial founder in EdTech and the CEO and Co-founder of BetterChinese, where he scaled the company to serve over 2,000 clients worldwide. He is deeply embedded in the founder and VC community in Silicon Valley. Previously, he was a consultant at Monitor Group and holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from Brown University.

Eamonn is an early stage investor in over 100 companies and board member for companies across the US, Europe and Asia. Currently he is a General Partner at Tera Ventures, and previously spun up The Fund in Europe, as well as running Techstars accelerator programs in London and New York. His first book, The Startup Lexicon, came out in June 2022.

Tiago Caruso

Tiago is a data scientist by profession and an economist by training. He founded Neural Sourcing in 2024, utilizing cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to analyze alternative datasets for Private Equity and Venture Capital firms with actionable investment opportunities. Prior to that, he led Data Science practice in Goodwater Capital, Uber and Airbnb.
